1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
2. Eligibility Requirements (Critical)
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received them, with the safety seal intact.
- Items must be in their original packaging when possible.
- Items must include all accessories and documentation that came with the product.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons. The following items are not eligible for return:
- For health and safety reasons, any dietary supplement product that has been opened, used, or has a broken safety seal.
- Products that show signs of tampering or damage caused by misuse.
- Items without original proof of purchase.
- Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third parties.
- All discounted items, products purchased during special sales events, or items marked as clearance are considered final sale.
4. Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund on the same day. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been processed.
Refund Method: Your refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
- Items that show obvious signs of excessive use or damage not caused during shipping (if returned within policy).
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

We cover all return shipping costs. You will not be charged for returning your eligible item to us.
7. How to Return an Item

9. Exchanges

10. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at tymurs.supplements.ltd@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
