Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and shipped the same business day if placed before 2:00 PM. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Order processing time: 1–2 business days.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.

We offer three convenient shipping options for US customers:

Economy Shipping - FREE

  • Cost: Free on all orders
  • Shipping Time: 5-7 business days

Standard Shipping - $4.99

  • Cost: $4.99 per order
  • Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
  • Best For: Faster delivery at an affordable price

Express Shipping - $9.99

  • Cost: $9.99 per order
  • Shipping Time: 1-2 business days
  • Best For: Urgent orders and time-sensitive deliveries

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to track your package
  • Expected delivery date

Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at tymurs.supplements.ltd@hotmail.com, call UK office at +44 7915 923543, or US warehouse at +1 478 242-1212. We can only modify addresses before the order has been shipped.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Check around your delivery location for a safe place where it may have been left
  3. Contact your local post office or carrier
  4. Wait 24 hours, as sometimes packages are marked as delivered before actual delivery

If you still cannot locate your package after following these steps, please contact us at tymurs.supplements.ltd@hotmail.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.

Delayed Shipments

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • High volume periods (holidays)

If your order is delayed beyond the expected delivery date, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to locate your package.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged package and its contents
  2. Contact us immediately at tymurs.supplements.ltd@hotmail.com
  3. Provide your order number and the photos

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Customs and Import Duties

As we currently only ship within the United States, there are no customs or import duties applicable to our shipments.

Order Changes and Cancellations

We can only modify or cancel orders that have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
